Respecting content permissions
For clarity about use of the site: Do not assume that access to a game or page grants permission to redistribute its artwork, code or text. Applicable licences and ownership rights still apply. Ask about a specific resource before reusing it outside this site. Ask about a specific issue when clarification is needed.
Using the site for play
This applies while you use the games and pages. Use the games for personal recreation and learning their stated rules. They do not provide gambling accounts, deposits or cash-redemption services. Points, achievements and puzzle results have no cash value here. Use a separate service only after reviewing its own information.
Playing with another person locally
This applies while you use the games and pages. Same-device games are shared-screen activities. A computer opponent is automated; neither mode provides internet matchmaking. Check the mode label before arranging a game with someone else. Check the Guide when a rule is unclear.
Use games and forms with care
This applies while you use the games and pages. Do not disrupt the site, overload its forms, attempt unauthorised access or send malicious content. Use the normal controls and links provided. Report a suspected fault through the contact form instead of exploiting it. Keep the experience considerate for other visitors.
Your messages about the service
For clarity about use of the site: Send only information you are entitled to share through the contact or FAQ form. Provide accurate details and avoid private payment or login information. Sending feedback does not create a guarantee of a reply or a requested change. Keep personal information out of unnecessary messages.
Game saves held on your device
Saved progress and best scores, where offered, are kept in the browser. There is no player-account backup or cross-device recovery service. A cleared browser profile or private session may lose stored progress. Ask about a specific issue when clarification is needed.
How devices affect site operation
For clarity about use of the site: Features depend on your browser and device. The site cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation on every device. Use the listed controls and report a reproducible issue when one occurs. Keep personal information out of unnecessary messages.
About changes to these terms
This applies while you use the games and pages. Games and explanations may be updated to correct issues or improve clarity. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Use the contact form for a question about using the site. The contact form is available for questions.
Understanding individual game formats
When using the site, keep this in mind. The playing page and its Guide explain the rules used by that activity. Local house rules and simplified modes are identified in the game description. Do not assume that a game uses every rule of a tournament or commercial app. Keep personal information out of unnecessary messages.
Links to other services
When using the site, keep this in mind. External pages have their own rules and privacy information. A link is not a guarantee of another service’s availability, claims or performance. Review a destination before relying on its information or using its services. Use a separate service only after reviewing its own information.
